Motivosity is seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee the sales activity of our mid market and enterprise account executives. This role reports to the VP of Sales.
Sales Manager, Mid Market & Enterprise Responsibilities are:
- Creating and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.Improve overall marketing effectiveness
- Increase win rates in ICP categories
- Recruit, train, motivate a team of account executives, ensuring that the team is appropriately staffed for the current and future growth of the organization
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a healthy pipeline and identifying potential bottlenecks
- Analyze sales data to accurately forecast revenue, identify trends, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Manage the marketing budget and marketing metrics and KPIs
Sales Manager - Mid Market & Enterprise qualifications are:
- Proven work in a senior role such as Sales Manager or Sales Director.
- Proven track record of success closing mid-market and enterprise deals where the HR department was the target persona.
- Knowledge and proficiency in various technologies and disciplines used within modern sales organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
